Clients are kindly asked to carefully consider the costs of undertaking the diagnostic process and to discuss their decision with their treating physician. Diagnostic services in these areas are also available through local National Health Fund (NFZ) services.
Notes
* For psychotherapeutic interventions and/or sessions conducted in English, the standard rate according to the price list applies.
** Fee indexation (not exceeding a 10% increase) may be introduced from 1 January 2027, then from 1 January 2028, and subsequently in following years.
*** A concessionary rate (–10%) may be granted (on a permanent or temporary basis) to eligible individuals experiencing financial hardship and self-funding their therapeutic treatment. This includes, in particular, young adults in education, individuals whose sole source of income consists of social or care benefits, and individuals with a recognised disability and an unstable employment situation.
The concessionary rate is subject to individual agreement, is not applied automatically, and is based on actual difficulties that may hinder continuity of therapeutic work. To request consideration of a concessionary rate, the individual undergoing psychotherapy must explicitly raise this need.
The concessionary rate does not apply to diagnostic services. The concessionary rate applies exclusively to individuals with income denominated in PLN. In the event of unplanned termination of therapeutic work, eligibility for the concessionary rate is withdrawn. The concessionary rate may also apply to individuals who commenced psychotherapy prior to 1 August 2025 if the currently applicable payment rules are less favourable than those in force at the start of treatment.
**** For interventions involving individuals under the age of 18, commencement of the qualification process for psychotherapy requires completion of initial consultations with the minor’s legal guardians. Please do not attend the first session with the minor present.
During the course of therapy, the minor’s guardians are required to participate in caregiver consultations accompanying the psychotherapeutic work directed at the minor, in accordance with the therapist’s recommendations, no less frequently than once per three-month treatment cycle. Ad hoc telephone contact does not replace in-person consultations. Consultations are conducted in the presence of at least two legal guardians.
Ikigai Lab has established and implemented Safeguarding Standards for Minors, applicable to all employees and collaborators, in accordance with the Act of 28 July 2023 amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1606).
